The European Choi Kwang Do Centre is dedicated to promoting Inclusion, Diversity, Health, and Wellbeing within the Community, Companies, and Organizations.
Our approach is non-competitive and independent of political ideologies.

Mission
We advocate for a martial arts education system that adjusts to the practitioner's age and considers their physical condition at the beginning of training. In our schools, martial arts are accessible to everyone, but we prioritize the individual.
That's why, in Choi Kwang Do classes, students can rely on a professional instructor who supports their development consistently.

Vision
We strongly advocate for a holistic approach to education. In our school, practicing martial arts requires qualities such as commitment, perseverance, self-control, discipline, and kindness (towards oneself and others).
Regardless of the Training Program chosen by the student, it is essential for us to assist them in developing and honing these emotional skills. This equips them to apply these attributes not only in martial arts but also in various aspects of their lives such as school, work, and personal relationships.
Ultimately, the student holds the power to decide to enhance their own life.

In our CKD schools, students are not trained to compete in a tournament; they are prepared to prioritize optimal health and provided with practical self-defense skills for real-life scenarios.
It is in real-life situations where individuals must navigate conflicts, make pivotal decisions shaping their future, and rely on their temperament to stay resilient in the face of challenges. Our main focus is to instill in our students the determination to persist in reaching their goals.

OUR
BACKGROUND .
INTERPRETING OUR PATH AS A MARTIAL ARTS SCHOOL AND COMPANY
We started our journey as a Martial Arts Professional School in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and we specialize in teaching the Choi Kwang Do (CKD) system. Among many other areas of knowledge, CKD integrates Neuroscience and Mind-Body Medicine principles, leading us to focus on two main areas of work:

Teaching martial arts classes in a professional school, following a progressive grading system for students all ages who train regularly in our classes.

Developing corporate training programs for Companies and Organizations on Stress Management and wellness. We have been pioneers in the area, acknowledged by the Argentine Congress and have presented projects at the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and under the name Mindful Systems, at the International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP), among other international entities.
In 2024, we established the European Directorate of Choi Kwang Do to promote and develope the teachings of Grand Master Kwang Jo Choi inside and outside Spain.
